Monday–Friday Day Shift | 32–40 Hours Per Week

Pink's Windows is hiring motivated individuals to join our growing team as Window Cleaning Technicians. If you enjoy physical work, take pride in quality craftsmanship, and want to work with a professional team, we want to meet you.
No window cleaning experience is required. We hire for attitude and reliability, then provide paid training to help you build valuable skills and succeed.
This is a full-time, long-term position with predictable daytime hours, company vehicles, paid drive time, and opportunities to grow with one of the highest-rated exterior cleaning companies in the Greater Princeton area.

What You'll Do
- Clean residential and commercial windows using professional equipment and techniques
- Use water-fed pole systems and traditional hand-cleaning tools
- Perform pressure washing, soft washing, and gutter cleaning services
- Maintain clean, organized service vehicles and equipment
- Deliver outstanding customer service at every job site
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Work efficiently as part of a team while maintaining attention to detail
What We're Looking For
- Valid New Jersey driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to our Montgomery-area meeting location
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights up to approximately 20 feet
- Able to perform physically demanding work throughout the day
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Compensation & Benefits
Base Pay: $20.00 per hour
Additional Earnings: Customer tips and overtime opportunities
