Position Immediate openings for A Level Master Technician with weekend availability. Who We're Looking For Experienced technicians who excel in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting and are passionate about delivering high‑quality, transparent auto care. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive systems. Collaborate with a skilled, supportive team. Interact with customers to deliver transparent, high‑quality service. Work in a shop built around respect, communication, and continuous improvement. Compensation Competitive hourly pay: Up to $65 hourly or up to $70 flat rate based on years of experience. Performance bonus: Up to $10 per billable hour. Sign‑on bonus: A Tech: $8,000. Benefits Comprehensive health coverage: medical, dental, and vision. PTO + paid holidays. 401(k) with company match. Employee discounts on parts & services. Referral bonuses for qualified candidates. Pay / Years of Experience Breakdown A Level (7‑10+ years): Up to $70 an hour. B Level (2‑7 years): Up to $45 an hour. Tire Tech / C Level (6 months‑2 years): Up to $32 an hour. Physical Requirements Occasionally lift and/or move over 50 pounds. Work with tools on vehicles lifted above the head. Operate in tight spaces as required by vehicle repair. Use hand‑tools efficiently requiring dexterity. Walk/stand for majority of workday. Drive manual transmission vehicles. Maintain brisk work pace in high‑volume environment. Navigate computer efficiently. #J-18808-Ljbffr Stressfree
