Our client schedule is growing, and we're adding compassionate caregivers to our team immediately. If you're a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) looking for flexible hours, weekly pay, and meaningful one-on-one care, this is your opportunity.

SYNERGY HomeCare is actively interviewing caregivers for clients in Marion, MA . Qualified candidates are contacted quickly, and positions are filled as onboarding is completed.

• Earn $20.00 to $22.00 per hour

• Weekly Pay

Every shift gives you the chance to improve someone's quality of life. Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.

• Helping with mobility, transfers, and walking assistance.

• Preparing light meals and assisting with feeding.

• Providing companionship and meaningful conversation.

• Completing light housekeeping and laundry.

• Offering medication reminders.

• Observing and reporting changes in clients' condition.

• Helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

We're seeking caregivers who are:

• Certified as a CNA or HHA.

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional.

• Comfortable working independently in clients' homes.

• Excellent communicators with a positive attitude.

• Reliable transportation is preferred.

• Previous home care experience is a plus but not required.
