The Role

As a Sales Representative, you own the full sales cycle—from finding the opportunity to signing the agreement and delivering a great customer experience:

• Self-generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and networking.

• Inspect residential and commercial roofs—climbing ladders and roofs safely—to identify storm damage and restoration needs.

• Educate homeowners on their options and present clear, honest estimates.

• Negotiate and close, then stay the primary point of contact through project completion.

• Coordinate with production and operations to deliver work that earns referrals and repeat business.

What We're Looking For

• Prior sales experience preferred—ideally in a commission-based, self-sourced environment.

• Roofing or related experience as a strong plus: roofing, exteriors, storm restoration, solar, home improvement, insurance restoration, or door-to-door sales.

• Willingness to prospect in the field and generate your own leads.

• Ability to safely climb roofs and work from ladders.

• A valid driver's license plus a reliable truck or vehicle for field work.

• Willingness to travel throughout the North and Northwest Chicago suburbs.
