The ideal candidate will possess a blend of dental assistance skills, patient communication prowess, and a comprehensive understanding of dental procedures.Key Qualifications:Minimum 1 Year ExperienceCurrent Ohio X-ray License - RequiredCertification of Dental Assisting - PreferredStrong dental assisting skills and knowledge.Proficiency in front desk duties, including phone etiquette.Familiarity with insurance, billing, and schedule management.Ability to assist with a wide range of dental procedures, with a preference for experience in Invisalign, dental implants, dental surgery, and restorative dentistry.A self-starter with a team-player attitude!Flexibility and willingness to contribute wherever needed.Bilingual candidates (especially in Spanish) are highly preferred to support our diverse patient base.
