Maintenance Supervisor $65,000 - $75,0000 Full-Time Company Overview For over 100 years we have been producing wire and cable products in the Midwest. We manufacture and market bare/insulated copper and aluminum wire to the utility, telecommunication, electrical distribution and OEM markets. Position Overview Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor will play an integral role in sustaining and improving our equipment and overall production processes. The Maintenance Supervisor is a hands‑on, working foreman position that spends the majority of their time on the shop floor. Scope of Responsibilities Coordinate with Operations team and outside contractors to schedule maintenance activities and manage/reduce machine downtime Drive and improve preventative maintenance (PM) process Manage multiple projects with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines Drive continuous improvement projects and identify opportunities for Capex Identify and implement actions to improve workplace safety and reduce environmental impact Demonstrate a sense of urgency to achieve company commitments and goals Other duties as assigned Qualifications Associates or 2-year technical degree preferred Electrical and mechanical maintenance knowledge Must be proficient in technology and software such ERP systems, AutoCAD, Minitab, Microsoft Office (Excel) Familiarity with maintenance management software (e.g. Limble) Strong leadership and organizational skills Ability to speak/interpret Spanish a plus What We Offer $65,000-$75,000 Base Salary Medical, Dental, Prescription Drug Card Benefits Group Life Insurance and Disability Income Benefits 401k with Company Match PTO & Sick Time #J-18808-Ljbffr OMNI STAFFING
