New Verticals Escalations Specialists

*Description*
* End-to-end resolution of catalog issues for active merchants, including pricing discrepancies, missing or incorrect items, compliance concerns, and launch blockers.
* Triage and resolution of high-impact issues in real time to ensure minimal disruption to merchant operations and customer experience.
* Collaborating cross-functionally with Catalog, Engineering, and other partners to drive technical fixes and identify root causes to prevent repeat issues.
* Developing expertise in Grocery taxonomy, catalog systems, and operational workflows to help scale solutions and improve overall catalog accuracy.
