Job Summary
We are seeking experienced AI Engineers to accelerate the delivery of Agentic AI Solutions, This engineer will design, build, and optimize AI-powered agents, knowledge experiences, and workflow automations that improve employee productivity and enable trusted self-service. Working closely with product, UX, and stakeholders, they will translate employee needs into intuitive agent experiences, develop RAG-based solutions, integrate enterprise systems and tools, and help advance agentic solutions roadmap across agent orchestration, personalization, knowledge management, and self-service capabilities. The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering skills with a user-centered mindset and hands-on experience building enterprise AI applications at scale.
Key Responsibilities
C# and .NET application development
Microsoft Agent Framework (preferred) or similar enterprise agent frameworks
Microsoft 365 Agent SDK
Azure AI Search, RAG architectures, and knowledge retrieval pipelines
Microsoft Teams applications, Adaptive Cards, and conversational experiences
REST APIs and enterprise system integrations
Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
Experience designing AI solutions with a strong focus on usability, employee experience, and response quality
Familiarity with observability, telemetry, and AI performance optimization is a plus
Required Qualifications
