As the Manager ofRegulatory Operational Compliance, you'll oversee the team responsible for preparing global product documentation for a diverse portfolio of veterinary and water diagnostic products — partnering closely with R&D and Lines of Business to keep innovation moving from lab to market, worldwide.This is a role for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, loves building better systems, and gets energy from leading people. In this role, you're not just managing paperwork — you're building the operational backbone that lets IDEXX innovate quickly and responsibly, at global scale.This role is right for you if:You've led a team through change, developing process and increasing engagement along the wayYou've helped teams and organizations strengthen process and documentationYou have worked cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders, incorporating different requirements and priorities to drive successful completion of initiativesYou're a self-starter with experience empowering othersYour skillset includes clear analytical and critical thinking skills and an ability to develop robust processes even when you're not the subject matter expertIn this role, you will:Lead and develop a team responsible for the end-to-end creation of product documentation supporting global regulatory submissionsPartner with stakeholders across the organization to assess the global impact of critical product changesLead supply chain outreach efforts, partnering closely with procurement teams to ensure regulatory requirements are addressed across the supply baseDevelop standard process and align with ERP system function for control of product movement based on regulatory requirementsRepresent International Regulatory and Compliance on new product development and product change process, ensuring documents align with requirementsContribute to high-visibility, cross-functional projects — including initiatives tied to Quality and IDEXX's Quality Management SystemsWhat you need to succeed:Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience in regulatory (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)3+ years of people management experience, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teamsStrong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and direct regulatory work across competing prioritiesExperience with in-vitro diagnostics; Global regulatory knowledge is a plusA collaborative style backed by excellent relationship-building and customer service skillsSharp analytical and problem-solving instincts, with a knack for turning complexity into clear, workable solutionsProject management experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsComfort and confidence working across cultures and geographiesSome travel required; this role is onsite at least 2 days per weekWhat you can expect from us: Salary range starting at $105,000 based on experienceOpportunity for annual cash bonus Health / Dental / Vision Benefits Day-One 5% matching 401k Additional benefits including but not limited to financial support, pet insurance, mental health resources, volunteer paid days off, employee stock program, foundation donation matching, and much more If you’re looking for a role that’ll challenge you, offer a variety of work and learning, while helping an amazing industry, we’d love to hear from you!
