Location: Stow, OH
Shift: 2nd Shift - 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM
Starting Pay: $20.00 / hour

Resource Employment Solutions is seeking a reliable and experienced Reach Truck Operator in Stow, OH. The ideal candidate will operate Crown or Raymond brand reach trucks to safely and efficiently move materials throughout the facility, ensuring high standards of quality and accuracy. This role involves loading, unloading, inspecting, and transporting materials, as well as maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Responsibilities and Duties – Your Day-to-Day

• Load, unload, and move materials within or near the worksite
• Identify materials by part number or written description
• Inspect materials for quality and defects
• Manually move materials onto or from pallets and shelves
• Transport materials from storage or work areas to designated locations
• Count, weigh, and record quantities of materials handled on daily production sheets
• Clean work areas, machines, and equipment
• Assemble crates for product shipment when required
• Attach identifying tags or labels to materials or containers
  What You Bring – Skills that Make a Difference
• Proven experience operating Crown or Raymond reach trucks
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to safety protocols and detail orientation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred
