Server – Now Hiring
Ocean & Acre is seeking professional and energetic Servers to join our team. Ocean & Acre offers a vibrant dining experience featuring fresh seafood, premium steaks, and handcrafted cocktails in a polished yet welcoming environment. We are looking for team members who are passionate about hospitality and enjoy delivering exceptional service.
Requirements:Server Job Requirements
- Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant preferred
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a high-volume, team-oriented environment
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and knowledgeable service to ensure an outstanding guest experience
- Guide guests through the menu, offering recommendations on seafood, steaks, wine, and cocktails
- Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, seasonal features, and daily specials
- Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure efficient service
- Maintain a clean and organized section while following all service standards
- Anticipate guest needs and handle guest concerns with professionalism
