Server – Now Hiring

Ocean & Acre is seeking professional and energetic Servers to join our team. Ocean & Acre offers a vibrant dining experience featuring fresh seafood, premium steaks, and handcrafted cocktails in a polished yet welcoming environment. We are looking for team members who are passionate about hospitality and enjoy delivering exceptional service.

Requirements:

Server Job Requirements

Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant preferred
A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Ability to work in a high-volume, team-oriented environment
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities:

Provide attentive and knowledgeable service to ensure an outstanding guest experience
Guide guests through the menu, offering recommendations on seafood, steaks, wine, and cocktails
Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, seasonal features, and daily specials
Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure efficient service
Maintain a clean and organized section while following all service standards
Anticipate guest needs and handle guest concerns with professionalism
