Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting changes to the appropriate clinical team members
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality resident outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of West Virginia
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility (LTC/SNF) setting
• Candidates should be fully compliant or near compliant with all required credentials prior to applying

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working night shift in a high-census LTC or SNF environment
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems commonly used in long-term care settings
