Occupational Therapist (OT) — Full-timeGrandview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is hiring a Full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to help residents build or restore the skills needed for daily living and greater independence.Role OverviewThe OT will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide skilled occupational therapy services in coordination with the interdisciplinary care team.ResponsibilitiesEvaluate residents' functional abilities and therapy needs.Create and implement individualized treatment plans.Provide interventions focused on daily living skills, upper-extremity function, safety, cognition, and adaptive techniques.Maintain timely, compliant clinical documentation.Collaborate with residents, families, therapists, nursing, and other care partners.QualificationsCurrent OT license or eligibility to practice in the applicable state.Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation preferred.Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.Schedule / Job TypeFull-time.Why Join UsMake a direct impact on residents' quality of life while working with a collaborative rehabilitation team.
