Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, individual, group, and family therapy sessions for clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders.
- Participate in case consultations with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement integrated care plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
- Facilitate workshops and support groups aimed at empowering clients and their families in navigating challenges associated with terminal illness.
- Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver therapeutic interventions that promote emotional resilience and coping strategies during crisis situations.
- Monitor client progress, ensuring timely documentation and reporting of treatment plans, outcomes, and overall care coordination.
- Identify and report potential safety risks, contributing to a secure and supportive environment for clients facing end-of-life transitions.
- Engage in professional development and training opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay informed on best practices in social work and hospice care.
Patient Population / Client Focus
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will engage with vulnerable patient populations, primarily focusing on clients experiencing terminal illnesses. Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work is required, with preference given to candidates holding a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) and current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
- At least two years of direct clinical experience in social work, preferably within hospice care or a similar healthcare environment.

Compensation and Benefits
Mindful Empowerment Counseling Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
