Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of renewable energy experience Leadership experience as a: Production Manager Production Supervisor Production Crew Chief/Lead Lab Manager Chemical Engineering degree preferred, but not required The Role Lead a team of 15+ direct reports across four production crews and cross‑trained floater operators. Partner closely with the Lab Manager to optimize plant performance. Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM‑4:30 PM, with on‑call responsibilities as needed.
