You drive results.Here's what we're looking for:Minimum 2+ years of woodworking or cabinet-making experience requiredExperience setting up and operating woodworking machinery and hand toolsAbility to operate edge banders, heat presses, table saws, panel saws, and routersAbility to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings, blueprints, and specificationsStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanshipAbility to inspect products and ensure adherence to specificationsAbility to lift up to 75 lbs regularly and perform frequent standing, bending, twisting, and liftingStrong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitudeReliable transportation and dependable attendanceWillingness to learn, contribute ideas, and work extended shifts when neededJob Duties:Produce high-quality laminate and custom worksurfaces for office furniture applicationsCut, shape, smooth, edge, and fabricate standard and custom wood productsSet up and operate woodworking equipment including edge banders, saws, routers, and heat pressesRead and work from AutoCAD drawings and production specificationsInspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracyAssemble products using adhesives, hand tools, and finishing techniquesPerform routine maintenance on woodworking machinery and equipmentMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaFollow all safety procedures and properly use required PPECollaborate with team members to improve processes, quality, and efficiencyWhy This Opportunity?
