Outside Sales & Business Development Specialist

• Hourly Base: $25 + Commission
• 40 hrs./5-day work week
  • Monday - Friday: 7 am to 4 pm

• Connect with contractors, restoration companies & trade professionals to open new accounts
• Plan/execute daily prospecting through calls, online outreach & field visits
• Connect with local pros through social networks, industry groups, supply houses & jobsites
• Meeting prospects face-to-face, start conversations & turn leads into opportunities
• Track prospects, conversations & follow-ups in the company's CRM
• Learn about products, pricing, and RFMS to confidently quote & process orders
• Follow up consistently & grow first orders into repeat, high-volume business
• Represent the brand professionally & create a positive experience while interacting with customers, prospects, or industry partners

• 2+ consecutive years of proven experience in Outside Sales, Client Development Associate, Sales Development Representative, Account Development Representative, Business Development Associate, or similar role.
• Valid driver's license & reliable form of transportation (REQUIRED)
• Ability to pass a background check & drug test (REQUIRED)
• Bi-lingual a big plus
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office & CRM platforms
• Fundamental tech and math skills
• Positive, communicative & motivated to help grow the business
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills
• Ability to work independently, under minimal supervision
• Collaboration skills & ability to delegate effectively
• Organizational skills and the flexibility to jump from priority to priority
• Ability to manage a growing book of contractor & restoration accounts professionally
• Analytical skills, critical thinking & problem-solving abilities
• Time management skills & detailed oriented
• Knowledge of RFMS is a plus, but not required - willing to train
