Job Description:

The Registered Nurse in the Telemetry unit is responsible for providing care to adult and geriatric patients with a variety of diagnoses including cardiac, neuro, ortho, oncology, etc. The nurse is required to float within Zone 4, covering multiple facilities, and is expected to be flexible and adaptable to various scheduling needs.

Responsibilities:

• Care for adult and geriatric patients with a diverse range of medical conditions.
• Float within designated Zone 4 facilities, providing care across different units as needed.
• Follow hospital protocols for medication administration and patient care.

Requirements:

• Must have 2 years of MS-Tele experience in the last 3 years.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Ability to titrate Heparin drips.
