MarTech Project Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized Project Manager to support a fast-paced marketing technology migration from Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). This role will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns through a critical transformation initiative.

The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, excels at stakeholder management, and has experience driving marketing or digital transformation projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and track end-to-end migration activities for email campaigns from SFMC to AJO
• Monitor development progress and provide regular status updates to leadership
• Coordinate across marketing, development, QA, operations, and business stakeholders
• Track key deliverables including email creatives, customer journeys, and campaign launches
• Identify, document, and escalate risks, blockers, and dependencies impacting timelines
• Facilitate project meetings, maintain project plans, and track action items to completion
• Support launch readiness and ensure alignment with migration deadlines and priorities
• Maintain strong communication across teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of project management experience (preferably in marketing technology or digital marketing)
• Experience managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with Agile project management tools (e.g., Workfront, Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet)
• Ability to identify risks and drive resolution through cross-functional collaboration

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with marketing automation platforms (SFMC, Adobe Journey Optimizer, or similar)
• Understanding of email campaign execution, customer journeys, and marketing workflows
• Experience managing technology migration or transformation projects
• Strong data tracking, reporting, and status communication skills

Must Have Skills :

• 3+ years managing end-to-end projects, preferably within marketing technology, digital marketing, or MarTech environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver projects on time.
• Hands-on experience supporting Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), or similar marketing automation platforms.
• Experience managing platform migration or digital transformation initiatives is highly preferred.
• Strong experience coordinating across Marketing, Development, QA, Operations, and Business teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Workfront, Azure DevOps, or Smartsheet.
• Experience managing project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and action items.
• Understanding of email campaign execution, customer journeys, marketing workflows, and launch readiness.
• Experience tracking campaign deliverables, monitoring progress, and ensuring successful campaign launches
