Job Description
- Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from precon to closeout.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractors.
- Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with field teams and leadership to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Maintain strong communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate is an experienced Project Manager with a background in healthcare or complex commercial construction. They are detail-oriented, strong in communication, and capable of leading projects from preconstruction through closeout while coordinating with clients, design teams, and field staff.
