Luggers are the important front-line folks of our business. They are the face of the
company to our valued customers. This is MORE than a physical labor or driving position;
there are huge customer service and sales components as well.

Successful candidates will:
 Be committed to WOW-ing our customers with exceptional service
 Maintain a persistently positive attitude
 Be a team player with some basic common sense and excellent communication skills
 Be hardworking and enjoy physical labor
 Be knowledgeable and comfortable in presenting our service to prospective customers
 Excel in a position of independence and responsibility
 Give 110% in everything you do
 Own a WORKING smartphone (required)
 Be able/willing to promptly commute to Junkluggers HQ in Scottsdale (near 101 and 202)
 Junkluggers Hours of Operation: Weekday & Saturday shifts (must be flexible with your
schedule, and while hours may vary from week-to-week, this position is best designed to be
your main focus)
 Ability to lift 50-100 pounds continuously
 Any Sales/Customer Service Experience a big PLUS!
Total compensation for the position ranges from $15 – $18 per hour plus commission, tips and bonuses. The
compensation package includes multiple ways to earn with significant room for growth:
· Hourly wage
· Tips
· Commissions
· Bonuses

 Somewhat flexible scheduling
 Weekly and Monthly awards $$

DRIVING REQUIREMENTS:
 Valid Drivers License is a MUST!
 2-3 years of violation-free and accident-free driving
