Branch Manager
- Set up, operate, and shut down SMT equipment (pick & place, stencil printers, reflow ovens)
- Load components using BOMs and feeders
- Inspect boards using microscopes or automated inspection systems (AOI)
- Perform basic machine cleaning and maintenance
- Follow ESD and quality standards to ensure flawless builds
- Ability to identify small electronic components (resistors, capacitors, etc.)
- Comfortable using Windows-based systems and machine touchscreens
- Experience using hand tools; minor solder touch-ups a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
- Hands-on, high-tech manufacturing environment
- Consistent work with growth potential
