Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to obstetrical patients presenting for various needs including labor, deliveries, and antepartum care.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with orders and established protocols.
• Monitor and interpret fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs to ensure safety and wellness.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to facilitate patient care and discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the state of Indiana.
• Valid BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required.
• Minimum of 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience in a high-acuity setting.
• Experience with Cerner EMR preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
