Salary: $95,000 based salary, negotiable commission.

EveryDay We Care LLC is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and relationship-driven Director of Marketing and Business Development to lead marketing and business development initiatives, drive growth, cultivate referral partnerships, and expand awareness of our Concierge Care Department, private pay services, and home care programs throughout the communities we serve.

As the Director of Marketing and Business Development , you will serve as a key ambassador for our Concierge Care services, building relationships with healthcare professionals, senior service organizations, community partners, and local businesses to generate referrals and increase service utilization.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Community Outreach

· Develop and execute strategic marketing and business development plans to drive growth across the Concierge Care Department, private pay services, and home care programs.

· Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, community organizations, and other key stakeholders.

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence and increase service utilization.

· Promote awareness of the organization's Concierge Care, private pay, and home care services through targeted outreach, networking, and community engagement initiatives.

· Represent EveryDay We Care LLC at community events, healthcare forums, professional associations, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate referrals.

· Collaborate with operational and clinical leadership to align growth strategies with organizational goals and service delivery capabilities.

· Track, analyze, and report on marketing and business development activities, referral trends, and growth metrics.

· Develop marketing materials, presentations, and outreach campaigns that effectively communicate the value of the organization's services.

· Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

Marketing & Brand Awareness

• Coordinate marketing initiatives and outreach campaigns.
• Assist in developing presentations, promotional materials, brochures, and community education resources.
• Promote the EveryDay We Care Concierge Care brand throughout the local market.
• Support social media, community engagement, and public relations efforts.

Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and community stakeholders.
• Conduct regular visits and follow-up meetings with referral sources.
• Serve as a trusted resource regarding Concierge Care services and solutions.
• Help create a seamless experience for prospective clients and families.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and referral pipelines.
• Prepare regular reports on business development efforts, referral trends, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership to achieve growth goals and market expansion initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, marketing, healthcare marketing, community outreach, sales, or relationship management.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
