What Youll Do

• Coordinate with clients regarding scheduling, updates, and project needs
• Support landscape managers and crews with daily administrative tasks
• Help schedule and organize crews, materials, and job information
• Maintain employee files and company records
  
• Help Spanish-speaking team members with forms and communication
• Answer phones, emails, and general office inquiries
• Assist managers with administrative and office tasks
• Help keep daily office operations organized and running smoothly
  

What Were Looking For

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) Required
• Organized, dependable, and willing to learn
• Strong communication skills
• Basic computer skills (Google Workspace)
• Administrative, customer service, or landscaping experience is a plus, but not required
