Case Manager/Qualified Behavioral Health Specialist

Community Health Alliance is seeking an experienced Case Manager (QBHS) to provide direct support to children, adolescents and adults living with mental health conditions by coordinating care, teaching daily living skills and fostering recovery through individualized services. Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a social sciences field or related field is preferred.An understanding of mental illness, psychiatric symptoms, and impact on functioning and behavior.An understanding of how to therapeutically engage a person with mental illness.Valid driver's license, car insurance, and insurable driving record required.Willingness to travel throughout the assigned service area.Must have reliable transportation.An understanding of the community mental health system.Community Health Alliance is a leading provider of behavioral health and human services, delivering high-quality mental health and substance use treatment across a comprehensive continuum of care.
