Compensation, benefits and time off vary by state and location, so please ask for complete details at your interview.*$1,000 sign-on bonus available for eligible Direct Support Professional applicants hired by Creative Foundations, a Help at Home company, between 6/17/2026 and 12/31/2026. Bonus is paid in two increments: $500 after 500 hours worked and $500 after 1,000 hours worked. Employees must be actively employed at the time of payout and must reach the applicable hours-worked milestone by 6/30/2027.
