Patient Safety Observer — Compassionate Care Navigator
UMass Memorial - Clinton Hospital
UMass Memorial Health Care is looking for a Patient Safety Observer to ensure continuous safety observation of patients. This role includes supporting patients with daily activities and documenting any concerns. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, CPR certification within 6 months, and preferably experience in a healthcare setting.
