ABA Child Interventionist / Behavior Technician / RBT - Part Time

ABA Behavior Technician / RBT Butterfly Effects is looking for passionate ABA Behavior Technicians to teach young children affected by autism. RBT credential preferred; otherwise, we will help you obtain it. Responsibilities Work directly with children and families in their natural environment—most often in homes, schools, and our centers—to teach communication, sharing, play, waiting, and other essential skills. Use play‑based activities to make sessions engaging and deliver instruction with confidence. Provide consistent support to children with autism while collaborating closely with families. Qualifications High school diploma required; college coursework a plus. Passion for working with children and interest in learning. Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. Access to a web‑enabled device (laptop or tablet). Available for at least three weekdays with consistent scheduling. Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills. Compensation Hourly rate: $18.00 – $26.00 based on experience, education, and certifications. Benefits In‑house training program and coursework to obtain RBT certification. Drive‑time pay between sessions. Tuition assistance. Supervision toward BCBA credential available.
