Come see why our associates love working at MasterBrand.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Assemble cabinets and ensure that all parts are fitted correctly.Keep the workspace clean and free from clutter.Audit and report any quality concerns to quality technicians.Must be able to rotate and perform all jobs on the production line, as neededBuilder stations (Stations 1-4)Build end panelsAttach tops and bottomsAdd Back and cornersApply HotmeltAssembler (Stations 6-8)Attach Door and install railsInstall Drawers and shelvesSecure Door to cabinetBoxing the cabinet (9-11)Tape bottom boxTape top boxLabel boxStackers (A &B)Pick up a palletStack cabinets on palletWrap PalletDrawer Box (Station 1-2)Run Steal Work machineAttach faces and rails to drawersOther jobs as assigned to you.Requirements:Must be able to read and understand standard operating sheets (SOS)Able to work in a team environmentFlexible and able to switch to different positions depending on business needsAbility to use hand tools or machines to assemble cabinetsAdhere to MBC processes and procedures, Safety and Quality StandardsPreferred at least six (6) months of manufacturing experienceMust wear PPE requirements when entering the production floorFollow instructions given by Team Leads/SupervisorsConduct visual quality audits while working in the areaPhysical Requirements:Stand/ walk for a minimum of 10 hours Push, pull, lift, and carry up to 50Ib Capacity to stack up to eight (8) foot tall pallets Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled areaEqual Employment OpportunityMasterBrand Cabinets LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
