Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and evaluations

• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

• Provide consultation and training to school staff

• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and monitor supervision requirements

• Track documentation and supervision hours in accordance with BACB standards

• Support students with academic and behavioral needs across multiple campuses

• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and related service providers

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

• School-based ABA experience preferred

• Previous experience supervising RBTs strongly preferred

• Knowledge of BACB supervision requirements and documentation processes

• Minimum one year of pediatric experience preferred

• Current CPR certification (if applicable)

• Ability to meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements

Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a BCBA who is comfortable providing supervision and mentorship to RBTs and who can create a flexible schedule during school hours to support students across several campuses. Experience managing supervision hours and maintaining compliance with BACB standards is highly desirable.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

• Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching, psychology or related field

• Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programs and services in schools

• One (1) year minimum pediatric experience preferred

• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice

• Current CPR if applicable

• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
