Are you a Family Medicine/Gynecology physician, searching for your next perm position? We are seeking a Clinical Medical Director for a position with one of VISTA’s healthcare partners in Grandview, Washington might just be the opportunity for you!

• Join a primary care patient-centered medical facility dedicated to serving the community offering affordable, high-quality care
• This is a dual-impact position:
• 70% Clinical – Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to a diverse patient population.
• 30% Administrative – Lead clinical teams, drive performance, and support strategic goals in partnership with clinic operations leadership.
• Clinic Operational Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM - 7:00 PM
• Certified bilingual Medical Assistant dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care
• 40 hours a week with 34 hours of clinical and 6 hours of admin time)
• Proudly serving a largely migrant and Latino community
• EMR system is EPIC
• 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Xayla, Guatemala
• Competitive annual compensation Guaranteed first-year annual salary , $30k Hiring bonus, $20k Relocation allowance, loan repayment, Malpractice insurance coverage (no tail coverage policy needed)
