Key Responsibilities for Front of House (FOH) Team Members:

  • Maintain a clean and welcoming dining area: Keep tables and chairs tidy throughout your shift.
  • Collaborate with team members: Work together to deliver smooth, efficient service.
  • Provide exceptional service: Assist guests with orders and ensure a fun, positive experience.

Key Responsibilities for Back of House (BOH) Team Members (16+ years):

  • Assist with food preparation: Help prepare tasty menu items following Chick-fil-A's quality standards.
  • Ensure kitchen cleanliness: Maintain a sanitary and organized workspace.
  • Support team efficiency: Help during busy times to keep food preparation timely.
  • Follow food safety guidelines: Ensure all operations meet safety and sanitation rules.
