About the Role:

Join Kidz Kastle ELC Inc as an Infant-Toddler Teacher and make a positive impact on young lives! We are seeking passionate educators who are excited to nurture and develop the potential of our littlest learners in a warm and engaging environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement age-appropriate curriculum for infants and toddlers. Support and maintain active engagement with children at all times. 
• Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Observe and assess children's developmental milestones and progress via Brightwheel. 
• Engage children in play-based learning activities to stimulate growth.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child's development and needs via Brightwheel, in-person, parent conferences, etc. 
• Provide photos and videos of classroom activities on Brightwheel. 
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to enhance the overall learning experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom that promotes exploration.
• All art and material must be up to date with current events. 
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.

Requirements:

• Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. Willing to obtain CDA. 
• Previous experience working with infants and toddlers in a childcare setting.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and practices.
• Pediatric CPR and First Aid with EpiPen certification required or willingness to obtain.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents.
• Ability to create a positive, engaging, and stimulating learning environment.
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children.
• Background check clearance as per state regulations.
