On Point Realty is well established and has lots of leads! We need sales agents to help us handle those leads. We provide a comprehensive training program as well as excellent marketing tools and administrative support. With this commission-based position, You'll have the bonus of having a work family. Compensation:

$100,000 - $120,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
• Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
• Follow-up with leads to increase sales
• Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
• Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
• Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales

• Guide clients through the home-buying process, ensuring they feel informed and confident every step of the way.

• Utilize our proven systems to manage and convert leads into successful sales, maximizing your earning potential.

• Collaborate with our marketing team to create compelling property listings that attract potential buyers.

• Conduct property showings and open houses, providing clients with valuable insights and personalized service.

• Negotiate offers and contracts with a focus on achieving the best outcomes for clients.

• Stay informed about local market trends and developments to provide clients with up-to-date advice.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and repeat business opportunities for the future.

Qualifications:

• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
• Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
• Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
• Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
• A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
