Civil Engineer - Total Project Manager
Winter Park FL Our client is a fast-growing, innovation-driven civil engineering and development firm based in Florida. There mission is to redefine how infrastructure and land development projects are delivered-combining technical expertise with entrepreneurial leadership. We're seeking a licensed, or soon to be licensed, civil engineer with a strong business mindset and a passion for total project management -someone who can lead projects from conception to closeout, while helping drive the strategic growth of our firm. As an Civil Engineer - Total Project Manager , you'll be responsible for end-to-end management of civil engineering and land development projects, including planning, design, permitting, budgeting, client relations, and team coordination. You'll also have the opportunity to shape business strategy, develop new service offerings, and grow internal teams.

- Lead total project management across site development, transportation, utilities, and stormwater projects
- Oversee all phases: conceptual design, permitting, construction administration, and project close-out
- Manage internal project teams, consultants, and subcontractors
- Track schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time, on-budget performance
- Maintain direct communication with clients, agencies, and contractors
- Drive business development, proposal writing, and client acquisition
- Collaborate on long-term growth strategies, operations, and team development
