We are one of Denver's fastest growing technology staffing firms, is looking for a curious, persistent, and mission-driven Technical Sourcer to join our team. ________________________________________ The Role We are seeking someone who genuinely enjoys solving difficult talent challenges by finding exceptional technical professionals that others cannot. This role is ideal for someone who loves research, creative problem solving, personalized outreach, and uncovering hidden talent. As a Technical Sourcer, you will partner closely with our recruiting team to identify, engage, and attract highly sought-after software engineers, data professionals, cloud engineers, AI specialists, and technology leaders. You'll leverage modern sourcing techniques, AI-powered tools, and thoughtful communication to build relationships with passive candidates and help our clients hire outstanding talent. Research and identify exceptional technical talent through LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, AI-powered sourcing platforms, professional communities, referrals, and other creative channels. Build targeted talent pipelines for difficult and highly specialized technical positions. Craft thoughtful, personalized outreach that captures candidates' attention and drives meaningful conversations. Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, uncover hidden talent, improve outreach, and increase sourcing efficiency. Learn our clients' businesses, engineering cultures, and technical environments so you can identify candidates who are both technically qualified and culturally aligned. Partner closely with recruiters to develop sourcing strategies for priority searches and difficult-to-fill roles. Continuously test new sourcing techniques, messaging strategies, and AI workflows to improve response rates and hiring outcomes. Maintain accurate candidate records, sourcing activity, and pipeline metrics within our ATS. Stay current on emerging technologies, technical skill sets, and industry hiring trends. Represent our clients professionally and authentically while building long-term relationships with talented technology professionals. Your Experience 1 to 3 years of technical sourcing, technical recruiting, or talent acquisition experience. Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates for software engineering, data, infrastructure, AI, or other technical positions. Strong internet research skills with the ability to uncover talent beyond traditional job boards. Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms. Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve sourcing, research, personalization, and productivity. Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create personalized outreach that generates responses. Naturally curious with strong investigative and problem-solving abilities. Persistent, resourceful, and motivated by solving difficult searches. Organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through. Agency staffing experience is preferred but not required. A growth mindset, humility, curiosity, and a genuine desire to continuously improve. What Success Looks Like Build strong talent pipelines for difficult technical searches.
