Quick Facts Location: St. Louis, MO Start Date: 08/17/2026 End Date: 11/16/2026 Shift: Night (3x12-hour from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM), Day (7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, may transition to 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) Hours/Week: 36 hours/week (full-time) Employment Type: Contract Licensure/Certs: MO license, BLS required, ACLS preferred Experience: 1.5-2 years inpatient Bone Marrow Transplant experience Pay & Benefits Competitive pay rate: $100.50/hour Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure/certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do Provide inpatient care for adult patients with hematology and oncology conditions, including bone marrow transplants Conduct patient admissions, daily rounds, and discharge planning Assist with procedures such as bone marrow biopsies and stem cell infusions Manage transplant and cellular therapy complications (GVHD, CRS, ICANS) Educate patients and families about treatment plans and procedures Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in an academic hospital setting What You Need Active MO licensure as a Nurse Practitioner Board Certification in Hematology/Oncology (or relevant specialty) required Minimum 1.5-2 years of inpatient Bone Marrow Transplant experience BLS certification; ACLS preferred Strong clinical assessment and communication skills About the Assignment This assignment involves comprehensive inpatient care at a leading academic hospital in St. Louis, specializing in Bone Marrow Transplantation and cellular therapies. The NP will support physicians in managing complex transplant cases, providing patient education, and ensuring quality care throughout the treatment process.
