Job Summary:
True Progress Therapy is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services, dedicated to empowering children and their families to thrive. We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a BCBA with our organization, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related conditions.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with ASD and related conditions
Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform treatment strategies
Train and supervise Behavior Technicians (BTs) and other support staff
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
Monitor client progress and make data-driven decisions to adjust treatment plans as needed
Stay up-to-date with best practices in ABA and maintain current certification as a BCBA
Requirements:
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
BCBA certification with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Experience working with children with ASD and related conditions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
