Job Details Schedule: M-F, 10:00AM - 6:30PM or 5:00AM - 1:30PM (Overtime and weekends as required) Job Level: 1 What does a Warehouse Technician do at Swire Coca-Cola? The incumbent moves products or materials in a production or warehouse environment using powered industrial equipment and/or vehicles with an extremely high focus on safety and the safety of others. Work is conducted in a very fast-paced environment where productivity expectations are high. Operates a yard truck/hostler exclusively on Swire property, movement of trailers on the yard, in and out of dock doors. Run automated manufacturing equipment to produce a variety of beverages in the production facility. Responsible for basic maintenance of the equipment/machines operated. Responsibilities Operate industrial vehicles and equipment to relocate products or materials within a warehouse facility. Transport raw materials, full goods and/or finished goods to designated area to meet requirements. Efficiently load and unload palletized and/or non-palletized products / materials in or out of designated trailers and/or route trucks to meet scheduled delivery time. Ensure that products / materials are stacked, stored, and secured in compliance with regulatory/company policies and procedures. Operate yard truck/hostler exclusively on Swire property in a safe manner Operate and monitor less complex equipment and machines under general supervision; replenish materials as needed throughout the production shift Provide basic maintenance of equipment, to include cleaning, inspection of equipment, and lubrication Move product and/or materials manually as required or directed by leadership Perform daily inspection and minor maintenance (as needed) on equipment to ensure safe operation of equipment Ensure proper rotation of product by BBE date codes Meet company standards for productivity Complete training requirements Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events Maintain a clean, safe work environment Perform other duties as assigned Requirements High School Diploma (or GED) required Forklift Certification within 30 days from hire required 1+ years of general warehouse experience required 1+ years of knowledge of manufacturing, production operations, and industrial technology preferred Must be able to learn and fully operate assigned production equipment Basic computer skills required; use of hand-held scanners/other technology Must be at least 18 years of age Ability to perform essential functions with little or no supervision Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business Ability to lift 50 pounds Ability to stand for up to 11 hours during shift Apply Now and Share a Coke with Swire!
