Procore System Administrator

Core Responsibilities Implement, configure and maintain Procore Platform across the enterprise. Oversee rollout of Procore updates and initial setup for new projects. Customize modules and workflows to meet project‑specific requirements. Integrate Procore with other software systems used by the company. Provide technical support to all Procore users. Develop and conduct training sessions and create user guides, training materials, and best‑practice documentation. Create custom reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement new features as they become available. Ensure data integrity and consistency across Procore and its integration workflows. Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and other stakeholders to identify process‑improvement opportunities. Develop and implement best practices and SOPs within Procore. Analyze project data and generate reports to support decision making. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations regarding data and documentation. Manage user access and permissions, configure settings to optimize workflows, and maintain system security. Basic Qualifications Proven experience administering construction project management software. Proficiency in using Procore construction management software. Strong understanding of construction project workflows and documentation. Excellent technical skills and ability to troubleshoot software issues. Experience with software integration and customization. Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations. Strong communication, problem‑solving and interpersonal skills. Ability to conduct effective training sessions and create instructional materials. Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Office suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in construction project management or a related field. Procore Certified credential. Physical Requirements • Comfortable with prolonged periods of desk work, focused computer work, and occasional travel to construction sites.

• Able to lift and move objects up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 25 pounds on occasion.
• Ability to move actively throughout the office and travel to various locations, including dynamic construction sites.
