Step into a fulfilling role where you’ll make a meaningful impact supporting students’ communication and learning. ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a school-based, contracted position near West Jericho, VA for the 26/27 school semester. This full-time position is perfect for dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists passionate about school-based care. You’ll have the chance to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team while serving a diverse pediatric population throughout the remainder of the school year.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current SLP licensure (or eligibility) in the state
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status welcomed
• Experience with pediatric populations in school settings preferred
• Strong skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Ability to work effectively independently and with a team
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations for students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing students’ needs
• Deliver direct therapy services and consult with teachers and staff
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain thorough, timely documentation
• Provide support to families regarding therapy strategies and progress updates
• Collaborate to promote student success and engagement in the classroom
• Stay current on best practices and advancements in the field
