Review submittals for completeness and compliance with drawings. Processes submittals and keep project team apprised of schedule needs. Work closely with Project Manager, Engineering, and Field Leads through the duration of the project. RFI's: review, write, log, submit and track. Understand scope of design change documents. File project documentation. Understand schedule needs of the project and communicate such with subcontractors and suppliers. Assemble O&M manuals. Job site visits to ensure projects are on track, about 1 time per month What We Are Looking For Construction Management or Engineer Degree is a plus, but not required Has a positive attitude and is willing to learn Honesty, integrity, reliability.
