We are hiring Class A CDL Drivers for a dedicated grocery account offering daily home time, strong annual earnings, and consistent freight. This position involves delivering palletized grocery freight to retail locations with the majority of loads being preloaded and backhauls consisting primarily of drop and hook freight. Drivers can expect consistent work, excellent earning potential, and the opportunity to be home daily.

Compensation & Benefits

✅ Average annual earnings of $85,000 to $95,000

Job Details

✅ Average 1,400 miles per week

✅ Average 10 loads per week

✅ Average 20 stops per week

✅ Preloaded dry van and refrigerated freight

✅ Palletized freight

✅ Multi-stop deliveries

✅ Typically 2 stops per trailer

✅ Drivers usually run 2 shorter loads per day or 1 longer load

✅ 90% drop and hook backhauls

✅ Automatic day cab tractors

✅ Assigned tractors with occasional sharing between opposite shifts

✅ Consistent year-round freight

✅ Tuesday through Saturday schedule

✅ Typical start time around 4:00 PM

✅ Voluntary 6th workday opportunities available

Requirements

✅ Valid Class A CDL

✅ Minimum 3 months of Class A CDL driving experience

✅ Reliable transportation to and from work

✅ Strong customer service skills

✅ Ability to occasionally assist with palletized freight using a pallet jack

✅ Safety-focused and dependable work ethic

✅ Comfortable working with both dry van and refrigerated trailers
