Deli ManagerWe're looking for our next awesome Deli Manager! A day in the life of a Deli Manager is never the same but, in this role, you would expect to lead the day to day activities of the deli operations in a retail store, ensuring the department is fully staffed, trained and operating to company standards.What You'll Do:Order and maintain inventory control to ensure freshness, product quality and turnover.Check and verify receivables for amount, quality, count or weight, condition and store in appropriate areas.Train others to perform all department activities and functions.Manage the selection, scheduling, and supervision of others to meet or exceed departmental productivity levels.Act as the person in charge of the store one night weekly.Requirements & Additional Information:Sound like you? Here's what you'll need:One (1) Year of supervisory experience and Two (2) Years of retail experience preferredAbility to read, write, comprehend and interpret documentsAccounting/Bookkeeping/Budgeting/Financial skillsYou are comfortable using computers and similar devices including e-mail and spreadsheetsThe ability to Delegate/Direct and ImplementPhysical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
