TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified PCU RN in Zanesville, Ohio, 43701!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Open Heart Recovery, Telemetry Cardiac, Step Down Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 36 hours/week Experience: Minimum of three (3) years License: Registered Nurse License Certifications: BLS and ACLS required Must-Have: Experience with Open-Heart, Vents, and Epic EMR Description: Available start dates are 8/17 or 9/21. No other dates are viable. RN will typically work every 3rd weekend and cover 1 holiday, but this is subject to change based on census and staffing. There is no on-call required, but the RN may be asked to take a rare call day in times of fluctuating census/staffing. Qualified candidates will have cardiac step-down experience, including heart cath recovery, cardiac drips, post-op open heart patients, and other cardiac/med-surg step-down patients. RN will be required to float to other units in times of low volumes or coverage crisis, although this is not expected. All requested time off must be disclosed at the time of submission. If not included in the submission, requested time off may not be honored. The facility reserves the right to cancel up to 36 hours per contract. These hours are not limited to 12-hour shifts and will be marked on the facility time report. Position urgency is quick start. Holiday coverage is required.
