Summary of Position Assists by providing support within the assigned functional area. May be assigned specific projects either as part of, or in addition to, the day-to-day activities related to the assignment. Work output is closely monitored. Intern Duties & Responsibilities Support the team by completing projects and tasks assigned by the Functional Manager Assist with day-to-day operations, processes, and documentation needs Follow all Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) standards, work practices, and company policies Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and stakeholders Collect, organize, and analyze data to support decision-making and process improvements Assist in identifying issues, gathering relevant information, and helping develop practical solutions Support process documentation, work instructions, and operational procedures as needed Maintain flexibility to support deadlines and changing priorities Qualifications Major(s): Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field. Class Year(s): Rising Junior, Rising Senior GPA: Min 3.0 Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in reading, writing, and mathematics (high school level or above) Strong computer skills, including general PC and Microsoft Office experience Ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, and draw logical conclusions Ability to follow simple instructions and execute tasks with attention to detail Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to interpret data, graphs, and basic metrics Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines

PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS

Close vision reading technical materials and use extended use of computer monitor Individual may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Walking, reaching carrying and lifting up to 25 lbs. Safety glasses and safety shoes required on the manufacturing floor and receiving inspection, receiving, stockroom and shipping areas

WORK ENVIRONMENT
