Validation Fulfillment Associate

Job Description We are looking for a talented Validation Fulfillment Associate to join our growing global team at Sectigo. The Validation Fulfillment Associate role is an entry level position in the cybersecurity public key infrastructure (PKI) industry. This individual supports and works closely with validation specialists and technical support agents to process certificate installation on hardware tokens and shipping to customers. Responsibilities Install security certificates orders on hardware tokens according to industry and company compliance requirements. Maintain quality assurance over the workflow process. Note inventory levels and alert supervisor to potential issues. Resolve customer shipping issues and escalate cases when appropriate. Perform additional tasks associated with this position as assigned in response to company initiatives and business needs. Compensation Full‑time, in‑office position based in Scottsdale, reporting to the Manager, Validation. Targeted compensation package: USD 42,000–44,000, subject to internal equity and experience, with possible adjustments based on business needs and market trends. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business and/or a technical related field or equivalent experience strongly recommended. Ability to work with in‑house installation and order management tools. Knowledge of Windows and Office products. Experience working in an environment adhering to compliance regulatory requirements helpful. Ideal Candidate Profiles Computer literacy skills including the use of e‑mail, databases, and word processing applications. Strong communication and organization skills, with attention to detail and ability to multi‑task. Self‑motivated, problem‑solving, time‑management, and results‑driven. Comfortable working on a computer, independently and as part of a team with limited supervision. Knowledge of SSL PKI products and services helpful. Possess qualities such as integrity, fair‑mindedness, and a persuasive, congenial personality. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Quick learner, attention to detail and patience for user questions. Knowledge of corporate environment and ability to thrive in a mature enterprise environment.
