Physical Therapist - Company Health & Wellness

Occupational Health Physical Therapist needed for a full-time temp contract opportunity with Yoh’s well-known client located in Denver, CO. This role covers a leave of absence from May 11th through August 3rd. Shift Details Monday‑Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Qualifications Minimum (3) years’ experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient or ambulatory care clinic. Prior occupational health experience highly preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively teach, counsel, and educate employees on topics related to healthy living. Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program. Licensure with the State of Colorado as a Physical Therapist. CPR/BLS certified. Yearly TB test or QuantiFERON Gold. Passionate about promoting health and wellbeing in the workplace. Responsibilities Spend about 60 minutes with each patient to support employees for MSK related injuries (back, shoulder, elbows, etc.). Assist in prevention and treatment of work‑related injuries, ergonomics coaching, job‑site evaluations, health promotion, general wellness, and fitness program promotion. Case‑manage and counsel the patient population. Work closely with stakeholders including safety officers, ergonomists, human resources, and other vendors to promote employee safety in the workplace. Lead educational initiatives surrounding injury prevention, well‑being, and other topics; develop and administer injury prevention and health promotion presentations, workshops, or other programming for employees.
