North Shop Mechanic

Description We at Litman Excavating are looking for experienced diesel or equipment Technician General duties may include but are not limited to: General preventative maintenance on dump trucks, vacuum trucks, tractors, and equipment Troubleshooting any and all faults indicated by onboard systems, drivers or other personnel Perform authorized warranty work on new fleet vehicles (no previous certification needed) Use shop provided scan tools to assist in diagnosing faults Requirements Minimum Requirements Punctual attendance Willingness to learn and take direction from Senior staff Have your own tools or be willing to purchase them as needed Strong work ethic and moral base One year of verifiable experience in a shop, manufacturing, or industrial role that would have transferable knowledge Basic knowledge of diesel engines and commercial vehicles Preferred Experience Diesel aftertreatment in both trucks and equipment Base engine building Manufacture training courses or certificates Ability to weld #J-18808-Ljbffr Litman Excavating Inc
